- How does Fmart calculate delivery charges?
If you order from the same seller shop delivery charge will count once. But if you order from a different seller shop delivery charge will be applicable for all seller shops. Example: You buy 5 products from 5 different shops then you have to pay 5 times the delivery charge.
- If I order an offered product which price do I have to pay?
You have to pay the offer price of a product; in this case, the actual price of the offer product will not count.

Return & Refund Policy
Return Policy
This policy covers only customers who ordered products from fmart. A customer may raise a return request to the seller for products he buys from fmart within 24 hours of delivery.
Valid request to return a product:
- Deliver a damaged product.
- Deliver the wrong product.
- Deliver a defective product.
- Deliver the products with missing parts.
Essentials of a valid return:
- Evidence of purchase such as order number, invoice, etc.
- The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.
- The product must be unused and unwashed.
- Fashion products may be tried to see if the item fits.
- For electronic appliances & mobile phones related issues after usage or after the return policy period, please check if the product is covered under seller warranty or brand warranty.
Note: Warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications. And the return of the product depends on seller.
Seller Liability
Sellers are responsible for the preparation, condition and quality of products. In cases of seller delivery, sellers are responsible for delivery of the products and/or orders. Fmart shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your contractual relationship with the seller.
Refund Policy
Fmart tries its best to serve user’s products but if under any circumstances, our seller or brand fails to fulfill our commitment or to provide, or replace the product then a refund will be applicable. Refund requests will be processed under mentioned situation:
- Refund from canceled orders: In case any order is canceled due to product unavailability if the customer has already made an advance payment against the order
- Refund from returns: Purchased products from our shop must be returned.
- Refund Time: Payment will generally be refunded within 10 working days.
