About the job:
Fanfare is looking for the person who is extremely well-versed in the fields of video sharing platforms, content marketing and influencer promotion. Utilization capability of various marketing tools including Influencer promotion is a must!
This person will assist the company in identification, messaging, outreach, and support to potential and current Social Media Influencer talents for brand integration and advertisements. In addition, this individual will be nurturing and training Creators/Influencers to help them become more successful.
Role and Responsibilities:
Coordinate Influencer Promotion, Digital Marketing, Events & User/Talent Management activities etc.
Identify potential influencers from Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook and other social media talents that meet company network standards.
Manage cross-platform activities to help micro-influencers’ monetization.
Liaison with agencies, advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
Managing different types of content creators to get proper contents as per business requirements.
Ensuing marketing support towards the business/sales team to achieve committed promotional results.
Nurture and training Creators/Influencers and help them generate more income.
Assist and provide support to all channels currently in the network with collaborations, optimization, and support with issues as needed.
Organizing workshop, seminars for app’s stakeholders.
Develop and monitor campaign/promotional budgets to achieve business goal.
Task delegation within the team and follow up their KPIs.
Provide ongoing weekly/quarterly progress reports on each network region.
Ability to manage all sorts of influencer activities independently as a team leader.
Should have Industry knowledge in Social Commerce, Video Sharing Platform & Digital Media.
Strong connection with Influencers, Talent Managers and Agencies in the industry.
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital and social media marketing.
Clear understanding of tools, impacts and outputs applicable for offline & online marketing.
Good relationship with Celebrities, Musicians and Drama/Web Series artists.
Strong understanding of social media, Creators/Influencers and the larger Influencer Marketing ecosystem.
MBA/Post-graduation degree in Marketing or related disciplines.
At least 7 years working experience, out of what 4 years in the respective field.
Excellent verbal, phone, and writing skills.
Advanced spoken and written English.
Knowledge of current trends in the local social media space.
Knowledge of the local digital media space and advertising process(es).
Ambitious and hungry to advance his/her career. Aggressive and persuasive in approaching and engaging Creators/Influencers.
Self-starter, highly motivated with a strong drive to take initiatives.
Preferably an extroverted person who loves to interact with people and have the confidence to establish and build relationships with Creators/Influencers.
Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
